Application research of cluster intervention strategy in central venous catheter related bloodstream infection
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of cluster intervention strategy in the central venous catheter related bloodstream infection.Methods:The 120 inpatients with central venous catheter from January 2013 to December 2013 were set as the control group,they received the retrospective analysis to know abount the incidence rate of the CRBSI.While the 120 inpatients with central venous catheter from January 2014 to De-cember 2014 were set as the observation group,they received the treatment and nursing by using the cluster in-tervention strategy and observated the effect.Results:The incidence rate of CRBSI of the control group and the observation group respectively was 5.83% and 0.98%,and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Nursing the patients with central venous catheter by the cluster intervention strategy can effectively re-duce the incidence of CRBSI.
