Abstract：Through learning the theory of PDCA cycle management method and consulting the relevant litera-tures,overviewed its application method in the postoperative bleeding and pain management,mother and child beside care,infection control of postpartum wound,antimicrobial drug management and new nurses training of obstetrical department in general hospitals,and known about its application progress in nursing quality manage-ment of obstetrical department,then forecasted the future research directions in this field.
