Evaluation on application effect of short term intensive training in training of intervention specialist nurses
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the effect and methods of intervention specialist nurses training,so as to pro-vide the basis for the further improvement of intervention specialist nurses training system.Methods:A total of 60 students in intervention specialist nurses training course received the specialist theoretical training and clini-cal practice training for 2 months,and then the students received test before and after the training.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the test results of before and after the intervention specialist nur-ses training (P <0.05).Conclusion:Short term intensive of intervention specialist nurses training can signifi-cantly improve the theoretical knowledge and clinical operational level of intervention specialist nurses.Nursing management should speed up the establishment of intervention specialist nurses training system,so as to pro-mote the development of specialist nursing in China.
