Influence of pain control nursing on postoperative pain and functional exercise of patients with lower limb fracture

Abstract:Objective:To study the application effect of pain control nursing for patients with lower limb frac-ture.Methods:A total of 80 cases of femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each.The patients in control group used routine nursing.On the basis of routine nurs-ing,the patients in observation group used pain control nursing,then to compare the postoperative pain,com-fort,functional exercise and rehabilitation between both groups.Results:After postoperative 24h,48h and 72h, the pain score in observation group was lower than that in control group,postoperative comfort was higher than that in control group,enthusiasm of patients to functional exercise was higher,postoperative complications and hospitalization time were less than that in control group,and recovery of joint function was better than that in control group.The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Pain control nursing can re-duce postoperative pain of patients with lower limb fracture.It can improve the enthusiasm of patients to func-tional exercise and promote their rehabilitation.
