Survey of symptoms of cancer patients during treatment
Abstract：Objective:To know about the occurrence of symptoms in cancer patients and explore the types of symptoms,so as to facilitate the symptom management of patients implemented by medical personnel.Methods:A cross sectional study was conducted for 95 cancer patients by using MD Anderson Symptom Inventory scale to explore the symptoms of cancer patients.Results:The top 5 of symptoms intensity included dry mouth,fa-tigue,loss of appetite,pain and distress.The top 5 of the symptom incidence included fatigue,dry mouth,loss of appetite,upset and sleep uneasy.The exploratory factor analysis showed 4 symptoms and they were respectively digestive symptoms,psychological symptoms,general symptoms and fatigue symptoms.Conclusion:There are a variety of symptoms in cancer patients during the treatment,which has caused some troubles for life.
