The study engagement situation of Chinese nursing undergraduates and its influencing factors

Abstract：This paper expatiated the definition of study engagement,reviewed the domestic situation in under-graduate nursing students,and analyzed impact effectors from individual variables (including demographic varia-bles and individual characteristics variables)and environment variables (including family and school variables). In order to urge nursing educators to pay more attention on students’study engagement,take effective measures to help them improving their degree of study engagement,and improve the quality of nursing education,this pa-per gave some recommendations for improvement.
