Quality Analysis of domestic literature on mild cognitive impairment nursing interventions

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the condition,quality,and characteristic of nursing intervention randomized controlled trial (RCT)on mild cognitive impairment (MCI)domestic in recent years,in order to provide refer-ence for clinical nursing research.Methods:After searched relevant literature in 2005 to 2015 on National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,and Wanfang Database,we used the principles of evidence based medicine evaluation of the literature evaluation criteria and Jadad quality assess-ment to judge and metrology analysis articles in accordance.Results:Total 1 15 literature were retrieved,in which 22 on RCT.Followed the principles of evidence based medicine evaluation of the literature and Jadad e-valuation criteria,we devalued and analyzed from multiple aspects such as the object of study,randomly assigned method,care interventions,and blinded method,etc.Conclusion:There was a large number of literature on mild cognitive impairment nursing interventions RCT in 2005 to 2015,but the quality was not optimistic,that still needed further improvement.
