Intervention effect of emotional care for depression patients after stroke

Abstract：Objective:To observe the intervention effect of emotional care for depression patients after stroke. Methods:A total of 1 10 stroke patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 ca-ses in each.The patients in control group received conventional nursing.The patients in observation group were given additional emotional care based on routine nursing.The self rating Depression Scale (SDS)was used to e-valuate the patients between both groups.Results:The degree of depression in observation group was signifi-cantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The f emotional care used for depression patients after stroke can effectively improve their depression,and promote the recovery of physical and mental health.
