Influence of cluster of intervention on senile femoral neck fracture patients complicated with postoperative pulmo-nary infection
Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the influence of cluster of intervention on senile femoral neck fracture patients complicated with postoperative pulmonary infection.Methods:A total of 125 cases of senile patients with femo-ral neck fracture were selected after surgery.They were divided into observation group and control group based on hospitalization number even and odd numbered.The 65 patients in observation group received the cluster of intervention,60 cases in control group received the routine nursing care,and then to observe the intervention effect in two groups of patients.Results:The pulmonary infection rate in observation group was lower than that in control group,the length of time was less than that in control group,and the application rate of antibiotics was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Clus-ter of intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection in senile femoral neck fracture patients,shorten the time of antibiotic use and length of stay.
