Survey of status quo of knowledge management ability of nursing undergraduates in X province
Abstract：Objective:To understand the status quo of knowledge management ability of nursing undergraduates in X province and its influencing factors.Methods:A self designed questionnaire on knowledge management a-bility of nursing undergraduates in Hunan province was carried out for 804 nursing undergraduates Results:The total score of knowledge management ability of nursing undergraduates was (3.71±0.49).Knowledge manage-ment cognition score was (3.85±0.61).Knowledge management attitude score was (3.74±0.56).Knowledge management behavior score was (3.54±0.50).The knowledge management ability of nursing undergraduates was influenced by the results,the interest in nursing profession,Whether cadres or not,the reason of choosing a profession,and taking part in practice(P <0.01 ).Conclusion:The level of knowledge management of nursing undergraduates in Hunan province is at the middle level.To cultivate students’interest in nursing profession,to participate in social practice,training cadres’ability can improve the level of knowledge management,and then to improve students’academic performance.
