Application effect of two kinds of gastric lavage in children with oral poisoning

Abstract：Objective:To observe the application effect of inserting the tube through the nose connecting enema bag for lavage and vomiting gastric lavage in children with oral toxicity.Methods:A total of 45 children with coverage poisoning were divided into control group and observation group.The patients in control group re-ceived the vomiting for gastric lavage,the patients in observation group received the tube inserted through the nose connecting enema bag for lavage,then to compare the effect of gastric lavage.Results:There was statistical-ly significant difference in gastric lavage time,each intake,the amount and remaining amount of gastric wash-ing,children’s cooperation degree,complications and gastric lavage success rate (P <0.01).Conclusion:The in-serting the tube through the nose for lavage is superior to vomiting gastric lavage in Insert the tube through the nose nasal gastric tube insertion in children with oral poisoning.
