Design and application of new type isolation gown
Abstract：Objective:To transform the traditional isolation gown and design a new isolation gown which is easy to wear off and reducing pollution,and its use of time will be extended.Methods:The isolation gown was trans-formed including collar,cuffs,abdominal part,backside,the bottom of the clothes and selection of abdomen ma-terials,then to compare the wear off between traditional isolation gown and new isolation gown.Results:After the comparison in 50 nurses,transformed isolation gown has been improved in aspects of avoiding across espe-cially in preventing back exposure and scrape bottom on clothes,and it has lower pollution rate and has reduced the time to wear off.Conclusion:The transformed isolation gown can reduce the pollution frequency and prolong the use time,and it is easy to wear off and practical.
