Study on correlation between organizational atmosphere and job immersion of pediatric nurses

Abstract：Objective:To study the correlation between the organizational atmosphere and job immersion in pedi-atric nurses’perception.Methods:A total of 131 pediatric nurses received survey by using the nurses’organiza-tional atmosphere perception scale and the nurses'job immersion questionnaire,and to probe into the correlation between them by using the multivariate stepwise regression analysis and correlation analysis.Results:The scores of pediatric nurses’work immersion and organizational atmosphere were all at the medium level,and the organ-izational atmosphere were positively correlated with job immersion (P <0.01);the management support,team behavior,resource guarantee,quality management were the important predictive variables of the job immersion. Conclusion:Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve the organizational atmosphere and en-hance the job immersion level of nurses.
