Influence of behavioral intervention combined with functional training on prognosis of children with primary noc-turnal enuresis
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of behavioral intervention combined with functional training on prognosis of children with primary nocturnal enuresis.Methods:A total of 84 children with primary nocturnal enuresis were selected and randomly divide into the observation group and control group,42 cases in each.The children in control group received the routine nursing,while the children in observation group received the be-havioral intervention combined with functional training on the basis of the routine nursing.The effect of treat-ment,family satisfaction and quality of life of the patients in two groups were compared.Results:The children’s total effective rate,family satisfaction rate and quality of life scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P <0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclu-sion:Behavioral intervention combined with function training can effectively improve the effect of treatment of children with primary nocturnal enuresis,enhance the children’s quality of life and improve the families and children’s satisfaction.
