Clinical analysis of 1 18 cases of young cervical cancer patients undergoing perioperative strengthening psychological nursing intervention

Abstract：Objective:To study the clinical effect of perioperative strengthening psychological nursing interven-tion for 1 18 cases of young cervical cancer patients.Methods:A total of 1 18 cases of young cervical cancer pa-tients were collected in our hospital,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the different methods of perioperative nursing,patients in control group received the routine nursing care,pa-tients in observation group received the strengthening psychological nursing,through the anxiety scale SAS and SDS depression scale score for the patients to compare and analyze the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results The postoperative SAS score,SDS score and nursing satisfaction of the patients in observation group were better than that in control group (P <0.05).Good quality of life and sexual life normal rate after discharge 3 months,6 months,12 monthsχ2 =18.821,13.917,13.388,13.588,17.641,14.104,P <0.05,and the differ-ence was statistically significant.Conclusion:Strengthening psychological nursing can effectively relieve the neg-ative psychological moods including depression and anxiety,promoting the surgery and postoperative recovery and improve the quality of life of the patients.
