Influence of individualized care model on bedridden patients complicated with respiratory tract infection and urina-ry tract infection

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application of individualized care model in nursing care of bedridden pa-tients complicated with respiratory tract infection and urinary tract infection.Methods:A total of 53 cases of bedridden patients complicated with respiratory tract infection and urinary tract infection were randomly divided into observation group (27 cases)and control group (26 cases).Patients in observation group used individual-ized care model and patients in control group received routine care,then to compare the hospital stay,hospital costs and satisfaction of patients and the number of infections within 1 year after discharge.Results:there was statistically significant difference in hospital stay,hospital costs and satisfaction and the number of infections within 1 year after discharge of patients between both groups (P <0.05).Conclusion:individualized care model has a intervention effect for bedridden patients complicated with respiratory infections and urinary tract infec-tions,and has the good effect.
