Operative coordination of Joimax percutaneous transforaminal microscope in treatment of patients with lumbar disc protrusion
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the operative coordination method of percutaneous Joimax percutaneous transforaminal microscope in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc protrusion.Methods:To summarize and analyze the nursing coordination method of 150 patients undergoing lumbar disc herniation surgery under the percutaneous Joimax transforaminal microscope respectively from aspects of patients,nurses and equipments. Results:The corresponding operative coordination method has been taken for the 150 cases of patients undergo-ing surgery,and the better clinical effect has been obtained,and there was no complications occurred during the operation.Conclusion:The transforaminal microscope treating patients with lumbar disc protrusion has the ad-vantage of small incision,less bleeding and early postoperative ambulation,which is an effective method in the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion.It is the important safeguards of successful surgery to do well psychological care,postural care and pay attention to keep warm of patients,strengthen the equipment management and self protection both in doctors and patients.
