Curative effect of Yinqiao powder addition and subtraction combined with ganciclovir for children with hand foot and mouth disease and its nursing

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the curative effect and nursing of Yinqiao powder addition and subtraction combined with ganciclovir for treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.Methods:A total of 100 children with hand foot and mouth disease who were treated in our hospital from May in 2013 to February in 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each.The cases in control group were given ganciclovir treatment,while the cases in observation group received treatment with Yinqiao powder addition and subtraction combined with ganciclovir.The clinical curative effect,disappeared time of clin-ical symptoms,hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between both groups. Results:The total effective rate in observation group was 96.0%,80.0% in control group,and there was statisti-cally significant difference in total effective rate between both groups (P <0.05).The oral cavity ulcer healing time,pharyngalgia sialorrhea regression time,rash disappeared time,cooling time,neuropsychiatric symptoms disappeared time and hospitalization time of patients in observation group were less than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Yinqiao powder addition and subtraction combined with ganciclov-ir is better for the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.The effective nursing during the treatment plays an important role in reducing adverse drug reactions and the related complications.
