Abstract：It probed into the significance of nursing leader in flat nursing management,which had the guidance on its clinical management.Nursing leaders in flat nursing management guided and supervised the responsibility of nurses,checked the quality of care,to stimulate the enthusiasm and ability of nurses,which had great signifi-cance to ensure and improve patients’satisfaction and quality of care.
