Influence of out hospital nursing intervention on disease control of patients with glomerulonephritis after discharge

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the control effect of out-hospital nursing applied for patients with glomerulo-nephritis.Methods:A total of 103 cases of patients in our hospital from 2011 Feb to 2013 Mar were selected as research subjects.All patients were randomly divided into observation group (52 cases)and control group (51 cases).The patients in control group were only given discharge guidance,while patients in observation group were given discharge guidance and out-hospital nursing intervention.Finally Upro,Scr,BP,BUN,ALB,drug compliant behaviors and recurrence rate of two groups were compared in 1 2 months.Results:Compared with control group,the Upro,Scr,BP,BUN,ALB,drug compliant behaviors and recurrence rate in observation group were better,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Re treatment rate and readmission rate of patients in observation group were lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Out hospital nursing in treatment of patients with glomerulonephritis has a significant effect in controlling state of disease,and it can improve the drug compliance behaviors and self care ability of patients,as well as speed the recovery.
