Abstract:Objective:To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on vital signs and blood gas analysis in-dexes of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation (AECOPD)complicated with respiratory failure received non invasive ventilation treatment Methods:A total of 37 cases of AECOPD patients complicated with respiratory failure were selected who were treated with noninvasive ventilation in de-partment of respiratory medicine in the third people’s hospital in hefei city from October 2010 to February 2012.They received the effective nursing intervention before noninvasive ventilation and during ventilation and to observe the change of heart rate,RR,pH,blood CO 2 partial pressure(PaCO 2 ),blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO 2 ),blood oxygen saturation (SpO 2 )before and after the ventilation. Results:Through effective nursing in-terventions,the heart rate,RR,pH,PaCO 2 ,PaO 2 ,SpO 2 were improved significantly after ventilation treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01 ).Conclusion:For the AECOPD patients complicated with respiratory failure receiving non invasive ventilation, the timely nursing intervention can significantly im-prove the curative effect.
