Analysis on related risk factors and clinical nursing countermeasures of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicatedwith coronary heart disease

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the risk factors and clinical nursing countermeasures of type 2 diabetes melli-tus patients complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 296 patients with type 2 diabe-tes mellitus were collected by using epidemiological cross sectional study for study on the related risk factors including age,course of disease,blood pressure,postprandial glucose,family history,hematological indexs.There were 54 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with CHD and 242 patients with type 2 diabetes mel-litus complicated without CHD.Results:The age,diastolic blood pressure,C reactive protein and CHD family history of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with CHD were significantly higher than that of pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated without CHD.Logistic regression analysis showed that the CHD family history was the main influencing factors of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with CHD.Conclusion:The type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated CHD were obviously correlated with age,di-astolic blood pressure,C reactive protein and family history of CHD.Nursing personnel should focus on the as-sessment of the age and CHD family history of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,monitoring C reactive protein values and diastolic blood pressure,in order to prevent complicating with coronary heart disease.
