Application of evidence based care in prevention of postoperative common complications of lumbar spinal stenosis patients

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application of evidence based nursing in prevention of postoperative common complications of lumbar spinal stenosis patients. Methods:Evidence based nursing method was used for 45 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis,then to ask some questions,find out informations,formulate measures and implementation in the end.Results:The 45 pa-tients did not get complications such as the pulmonary infection,bedsore,urinary tract infection and so on.The 45 patients recovered very well after operation.Conclusion:Evidence based nursing can enrich nurses'profes-sional knowledge,improve the nursing quality,and to provide more effective nursing service for patients.
