Perioperative care of patients with triangular fibrocartilage complex injury receiving diagnosis and treatment with wrist arthroscopy

Abstract：Objective:To summarize the perioperative care of patients with triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC)injury receiving diagnosis and treatment with wrist arthroscopy.Methods:A total of 141 cases of TFCC injury patients recieved the wrist arthroscopy,at the same time to strengthen the perioperative care.Results:This group of patients had successful surgery,postoperative follow up of ipsilateral thumb'grip and pinch strength reached more than 70% of the contralateral limb;35 cases of patients had postoperative pain and 30 pa-tients had a mean ulnar half numb,1 case had articular hematoma,the pain disappeared after 2 days through ag-gressive treatment and care,numbness disappeared after one week,intra articular hematoma disappeared after 48 h;1 case had vertical wrist hanging,through the timely intervention to avoid permanent radial nerve.Conclu-sion:To strengthen the perioperative care of TICC injury patients receiving diagnosis and treatment with wrist arthroscopy is to ensure the success of the operation.
