Analysis on status quo and influencing factors of coping style of nursing masters

Abstract：Objective:To know about the status quo and influencing factors of coping style of nursing master, aims to provide the evidence for the education of nursing masters.Methods:A total of 273 nursing masters were extracted conveniently from 12 universities in different regions in China,they received questionnaire survey by coping style questionnaire and social support rating scale.At the same time,the status of nursing masters’cop-ing styles was compared with that of 207 medical masters in 9 universities,204 non medical masters in 6 univer-sities and 449 nursing undergraduates in Henan province.Results:The coping style of nursing masters was more mature;there was statistically significant difference in the selection of coping style among nursing masters hav-ing work experience or not and their parents having different educational background(P <0.05 );the multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that when the subjective support entered into the appeal regression equa-tion,it could explain the 2.50% of variance;when the subjective support entered into the rational regression e-quation,it could predict the 2.00% of diversity;when the total score of social support entered into the regres-sion equation of solving problem,it could explain the 5.30% of variance;when the utilization of support and to-tal score of social support entered into the appeal regression equation,it could explain the 18.90% of variance. Conclusion:The universities should carry out the education for the nursing masters targetedly on basis of the ac-tual situation.
