Treatment and nursing care of pregnant women with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma
Abstract：Objective:To summarize the treatment and nursing care of pregnant women with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods:A prospective analysis was conducted for clinical data and treatment and nursing measures of 28 cases of pregnant women with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Results:After active treat-ment of 22 cases of pregnant women complicated with mild to moderate acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma acute,maternal and child prognosis was good,no serious complications occurred;in 6 cases of critically ill pa-tients with severe and acute asthma attack,after the positive comprehensive treatment,five cases gradually eased,one case was ineffective after the above treatment and the symptoms were improved after endotracheal in-tubation mechanical ventilation therapy.Conclusion:Pregnancy can induce some asthma patients for acute at-tack.For severe and severe asthma patients with acute attack,positive and effective treatment and nursing meas-ures can effectively reduce the severity and risk of death from asthma attack.
