Perioperative care of children with upper urinary tract calculi treated with flexible ureteroscopy technology
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the perioperative nursing points of children with upper urinary tract calculi treated with flexible ureteroscopy technology.Methods:Through the perioperative nursing analysis of flexible ureteroscopy for 21 cases of children with upper urinary tract calculi,the perioperative nursing experience and understanding were summarized.Results:All operations on 21 cases of children with upper urinary tract calculi were successful,and no major intraoperative and postoperative complications,postoperative recovery was good and they healed and discharged.Conclusion:To do well preoperative preparation in preoperative period and pay attention to the psychological care of ill children with upper urinary tract calculi and their families and postoper-ative close nursing monitoring is profit for improving the success rate of surgery with flexible ureteroscopy technology for children with upper urinary tract calculi,and promoting ill children’s rehabilitation.
