Study on application of nursing intervention of health education model for patients after undergoing finger replanta-tion
Abstract:Objective:To improve the perioperative knowledge level and compliance behavior of patients undergo-ing finger replantation surgery,help patients achieve optimal treatment goal,to improve the survival rate and limb function of patients undergoing replantation surgery.Methods:A total of 1 60 cases of patients undergoing finger replantation were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,80 cases in each.Patients in intervention group received intervention of health education,the nursing process was used for standardized peri-operative health education for patients undergoing replantation implementation;traditional health education was carried out for patients in control group,then to compare the Mastery of relevant knowledge,finger survival rate,morbidity,patient satisfaction for nurses and other metrics of the patients.Results:After health education for patients in intervention group,patients’relevant knowledge mastering,finger survival rate,morbidity,pa-tients’satisfaction for nurses were better than that in control group,and there was significant statistical differ-ence between both groups.Conclusion:Intervention of health education for patients after undergoing finger re-plantation can meet the needs of patients for health knowledge and improve compliance behavior,better cooper-ate with the treatment and care,shorten hospital stay and reduce hospital costs.It has a positive meaning for im-proving the survival rate and recovery of limb function.
