Abstract：It reviewed the research status quo of subglottic suction way and suction effect.It pointed out that when choosing subglottic suction way,comprehensive analysis,adj ust measures to local conditions should be carried out and to weigh the pros and cons.And the method should be adopted that is effective and with less ad-verse reactions for patients,while decreasing the occurrence of VAP to minimize the damage of patients.
