Effect analysis on early health education combined with early systematic training for reducing patients’deep venous thrombosis after hip replacement

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the clinical effect of early health education combined with early systematic training for reducing patients’deep venous thrombosis after hip replacement.Methods:A total of 80 patients af-ter hip replacement were divided into observation group and control group by the computer random grouping,40 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine nursing measures,while the patients in observation group received the early health education and systematic training under the guidance of cycle management mode,then to compare the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis on 18th day and 30th day after operation.Results:The occurrence proportion of deep vein thrombosis in patients in observation group was lower than that of con-trol group on 18th day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =5.00,P <0.05).The occurrence proportion of deep vein thrombosis in patients in observation group was also lower than that of con-trol group on 30th day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =7.81,P <0.01).Con-clusion:The early health education and systematic training can significantly reduce the occurrence of patients’ deep venous thrombosis after hip replacement.
