Abstract：Objective:To probe into the research effect of health education rehabilitation training path for patients with thoraco lumbar spinal tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with thoraco lumbar spinal tubercu-losis were randomly divided into observation group with 48 cases and control group with 54 cases.The patients in observation group received the health education rehabilitation training path in the whole process of rehabilita-tion training,while the patients in control group received the traditional health education and rehabilitation training methods.Results:The patients’average length of stay,hospitalization costs and the incidence of postop-erative complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after carrying out the health education rehabilitation training path (P <0.05);the patients’grasp of the health education and re-habilitation training content significantly improved after they received health education (P <0.01),and the pa-tients’nursing satisfaction also significantly improved (P <0.01).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation health education training path is contributed to improving the effect of rehabilitation training,the patients’dis-ease awareness and their satisfaction to nursing service.
