Investigation on status quo of sleep quality of in patients with coronary disease and its nursing countermeasures

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the sleep quality and its influencing factors of in patients with coronary dis-ease during hospitalization,and put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods:A total of 100 patients with coronary disease in internal medicine cardiovascular department received questionnaire survey by Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale,and analyzed the common influencing factors of patients’sleep quality by interviewing method.Results:66% of patients with coronary disease had dyssomnia.The common influencing factors of patients’sleep quality included the pathophysiology,treatment and nursing,and the surrounding envi-ronment.Conclusion:It put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures according to the common influ-encing factors of patients’sleep quality,so as to expect to improve patients’sleep quality further and promote the rehabilitation of the body.
