Evidence based research on postoperative psychological problems and reason analysis of laryngeal carcinoma pa-tients in China
Abstract：Objective:To systematically evaluate the related research results of psychological problems of laryn-geal carcinoma patients in China and provide the evidences for clinical nursing.Methods:Retrieving CNKI,Wan-fang,VIP and other electronic databases and screening the literatures that met the inclusion criteria,data extrac-tion forms was designed referring to the PICO principle.Results:Eight literatures were included,the research showed that the postoperative anxiety and depression of laryngeal carcinoma patients were higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The appearance change and physiologi-cal dysfunction factors had higher weights.Conclusion:The main postoperative psychological problems of laryn-geal carcinoma patients are anxiety and depression and their reasons are complicated.The quality of literatures is not high,and the psychological assessment tools are diversified,therefore high quality and standardized resear-ches are needed to confirm.
