Construction and application of discharge program of coronary disease patients after percutaneous coronary inter-vention

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of discharge intervention program on self care and quality of life of coronary disease patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:A total of 100 patients with coro-nary disease were divided into control group and observation group by the method of random digits table,50 ca-ses in each.The patients in two groups received the routine rehabilitation guidance when they leaved hospital, while the patients in observation group received discharge intervention on the basis of that,to establish interven-tion team,formulate discharge program,and the patients were interviewed after they leaved hospital for 1 month,3 months,6 months and 1 year,to supervise and guide the implementation of discharge nursing pro-gram.The patients’self care ability was compared between both groups in 1 year after discharging and they were evaluated by using Seattle angina assessment of quality of life scale (SAQ)and readmission rate in two groups.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the patients’self care ability and development of life quality between both groups (P <0.05,P <0.01),the patients'readmission rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of discharge nursing program for patients with coronary disease after percutaneous coronary intervention can reduce their readmission rate,im-prove their self care consciousness and standardize their behaviors.It sloves the problem of insufficient nursing support and improves patients'quality of life after they leaved hospital.
