Probe into application of high quality nursing service counterpart support attendant training mode
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of high quality nursing service counterpart support at-tendant training mode.Results:A total of 81 nursing backbone receiving high quality nursing service attendant training in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and they received the attendant training mode combi-ning theory and practice,then to evaluate the study objects’mastering degree and their evaluation on high quali-ty nursing service through the questionnaire.Results:The mastering degree and evaluation of study objects on high quality nursing service after attendant training were significant higher than that before attendant training (P <0.05).Conclusion:The effect of high quality nursing service counterpart support attendant training is sig-nificant,and the training mode could continue to be studied further and applied widely.
