Application of fourhanded manipulation in calcified root canal therapy under root canal microscope
Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the application effect of fourhanded manipulation in calcified root canal therapy under root canal microscope. Methods:A total of 70 cases outpatients (total calcified root canals)in department of stomatology underwent root canal microscope treatment received nursing cooperation by fourhanded manipulation,and to analyze the main points of nursing cooperation.Results:70 cases of patients re-ceived operation successfully,and no complications occurred.73 blocked root canals among 85 were dredged successfully,and the success rate was 85.9%.Conclusion:The fourhanded manipulation can help improving the operation efficiency and success rate in calcified root canal therapy under root canal microscope.
