Clinical practice of charateristic diagram quality management tool in reducing occurrence of inevitable bedsore

Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the effect of charateristic diagram quality management tool for reducing occurrence of inevitable bedsore. Methods:The cases with inevitable bedsore from January in 2013 to June in 2013 were analyzed by charateristic diagram quality management tool and to formulate the improvement measures.The incidence and degree of inevitable bedsore was analyzed before and after applying charateristic di-agram quality management tool.Results:The incidence of inevitable bed-sore after the application of charateristic diagram quality management tool was lower than that before its application and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can reduce the incidence of inevitable bedsore to analyze the inevitable bedsore by using the charac-teristic diagram quality management tool and to take corresponding measures.
