Abstract：It introduced the definition of posttraumatic stress disorder( PTSD).Aiming at the special clinical manifestations of PTSD in children caused by the earthquake and combining with nursing psychological knowl-edge,it generalized and summarized the research progress on effect of psy-chological intervention for self recovery of posttraumatic stress disorder in children after earthquake,aims to promote self recovery of their PTSD in children.
