Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the effect of interactive nursing inter-vention in third trimester of pregnancy for improving cognitive ability and maternal outcomes of puerpera when production.Methods:A total of 148 cases of maternal receiving regular check were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group,74 cases in each.lying in women in control group received regular check ups and pregnancy guidance,lying in women in observation group received the hospital organized interactive nursing intervention in third trimester in addition to regular check ups and pregnancy guide,The maternal cognitive ability,mode of delivery and postpartum hemorrhage 24 h were compared and analyzed between both groups.Results:The cognitive scores of maternal in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05 );the a-mount of bleeding in postpartum 24 h in observation group was less than that in control group (P <0.05);childbirth rate in observation group was higher than that in control group.Conclusion:The implementation of ma-ternal interactive nursing intervention can improve cognitive ability of maternal when productivity,and it played a role in improving birth out-comes,and also can reduce postpartum hemorrhage amount.
