Analysis on appl ication of nursing hierarchical model in emergency treatment

Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the application value of nursing hierar-chical model and effect analysis,so as to provide reference for emergency treatment care.Methods:The nursing hierarchical model was implemented for a total of 32 nurses in emergency department,that “head nurses nurs-ing leader senior responsibility of nurses primary responsibility of nur-ses”management mode was implemented and applied in the emergency treatment,to observe the effect before and after implementation of the man-agement,and to compare the quality of care and patients’satisfaction.Re-sults:After implementation,we found that the emergency nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than that before imple-mentation,and there were statistically significant differences(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Nursing hierarchical model management was implemented in e-mergency treatment in China,which can effectively regulate nursing work, ensure the quality of clinical nursing service.
