Adverse reactions of sorafenib combined to entecavir treatment of hepatitis B-related l iver cancer and nursing care of it

Abstract:Obj ective:To retrospectively analyze the adverse reactions and nursing measures of sorafenib plus entecavir treating hepatitis B related liver cancer and summarize the nursing experience.Methods:A total of 26 cases of HBV related liver cancer patients who were treated with sorafenib and entecavir in our hospital received clinical care,and the adverse reactions were observed and appropriate care measures were given.The main adverse reactions of two drug com-bination included rash,hand foot syndrome and mouth ulcers.Con-clusion:The main adverse reactions of sorafenib combined with ente-cavir treatment of hepatitis B related liver cancer were rash and hand foot syndrome,the two-drug combination did not increase toxicity,sorafenib has significantly adverse reactions,and special care and aggressive treatment can help alleviate adverse reactions.
