Observation on effect of high qual ity care program for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Abstract：Obj ective:To observe the effect of high quality care program for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 120 pa-tients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each.The patients in ob-servation group received high quality care program and sequential evalua-tion,the patients in control group received routine care,then to compare the satisfaction,surgical results and incidence of complications.Results:The satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.01);the effect of surgery for patients in observation group (opera-tive time,blood loss,hospital stay,pain index)was better than that of con-trol group (P<0.01);the incidence of postoperative complications in obser-vation group was less than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality care program for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and sequential analysis and evaluation for them can improve surgical results and reduce postoperative complications.
