Comparison on effect of two fixation methods used for indwel l ing stomach tube in patients after esophagectomy

Abstract：Obj ective:To provide a more effective,safe method of gastric tube fixation for patients Methods:A total of 60 esophagus cancer patients with indwelling gastric tube were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the patients in control group used traditional gastric tube fixation method,patients in observation group used improved gastric tube fixation method,then to compare the incidence of gastric tube off in two groups of patients.Results:The incidence of gastric tube off in control group and observation group was respectively 3.13% and 14.29%,and there was statistically significant difference (P< 0.01 ).Conclusion:The improved gastric tube fixation can effectively increase the firmness of gas-tric tube,can prevent gastric prolapse and reduce the decannulation rate.
