Application of fast rehabilitation nursing in peri operative care of patients with colon cancer and its influence on prognosis

Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the application of fast rehabilitation nursing in peri operative care of patients with colon cancer and its influ-ence on prognosis.Methods:A total of 40 cases of colon cancer patients in peri operative period were divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each.Conventional perioperative care was carried out for patients in control group,and fast rehabilitation care was carried out for pa-tients in observation group.Results:The postoperative early defecation,ex-haust time and hospital stay time of patients in observation group were sig-nificantly shorter than that in control group after operation (P<0.05).And there was statistically significant difference in incidence of the complications between both groups (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The implementation of fast rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the prognosis of the progno-sis of colon cancer patients,and its effect is exact.
