Appl ication effect of dexamethasone ointment with gauze dressings for cancer patients with PICC catheter related severe atopic dermatitis
Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the clinical application of exam-ethasone ointment with gauze dressings in patients with severe skin allergic dermatitis after PICC.Methods:In 142 cases of breast cancer patients receiving PICC,1 0 cases of patients with severe skin allergic dermatitis were treated and analyzed by using retrospective analysis. Results:10 cases appeared severe skin allergic dermatitis in 142 cases of breast cancer patients with PICC,the incidence was 7.04%;after dexamethasone ointment with gauze dressings,all symptoms were re-leased and the catheters were kept.Conclusion:Dexamethasone oint-ment with gauze dressings used in PICC catheter related serious skin allergic dermatitis patients has good therapeutic effect.
