Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the clinical effect of game tokens in children urodynamic.Methods:Mechanism of action tokens excitation method was used to develop mechanisms of action game standards.A to-tal of 6 1 cases of ill children who met the inclusion criteria and underwent urodynamic examination were divided into observation group (31 cases) and control group (30 cases).Patients in control group received conven-tional nursing before and after the inspection,besides that the patients in observation group received tokens games into conventional nursing meth-ods.At the time of booking issue,target interest table was handed out to know about the hobbies,then to consult and communicate with parents and children to develop the reward way when matching check.The chil-dren should be timely rewarded when the expected behavior appeared during inspection.FLACC scale and Wang Baker smiling face scale were used to evaluate the pain score in two groups of children during the process of checking,then to calculate the checking time and observe the compliance of children and disposable check success rate between both groups.Results:Pain in the urine dynamics test,examination time,com-pliance and the disposable success rate of check operation in observation group were superior to that in control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The tokens game as a form of pediatric psychological nursing can effectively reduce the pain intensity in the children’s urine dynamics test operation,shorten the testing time and improve children check compliance.
