Abstract:Obj ective:To probe into the influence of quality of feedback theo-ry on perioperative negative mood, postoperative complications and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods:A total of 84 cases of e-sophageal cancer patients underwent surgical treatment were randomly di-vided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,42 cases in each. The patients in control group were given routine care, besides that in observation group, the quality feedback theory was used to guide perioperative nursing care. The anxiety self assessment form(SAS),depression self assessment sheet(SDS)and tumor Quality of Life Scale(QOL)were used to evaluate the negative emotion and quality of life of both groups of patients. Results:After intervention the SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05),QOL total score and each dimension scores of quality of life were higher than that in control group (P<0.05 );the incidence of postoperative complications was 16.67% in observation group,40.48% in control group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Quality feedback theory can effectively improve the perioperative negative emotions of esoph-ageal cancer patients and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of patients and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
