Influence of psychological nursing intervention on patients with CWP patients compl icated with pulmonary heart disease

Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the effect of psychological nursing inter-vention on the patients with coal worker’s pneumoconiosis combined with pulmonary heart disease.Methods:A total of 40 cases of pneumoconiosis patients complicated with pulmonary heart disease were selected as the re-search obj ects and were randomly divided into control group and observa-tion group,20 cases in each.Patients in control group A were given the rou-tine care,patients in observation group were given psychological nursing on the basis of conventional therapy,then to observe the clinical effect in both groups.Results:The total effective rate was 70.0% in patients in control group,and 90.0% in observation group.The total effective rate in observa-tion group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status of CWP patients complicated with pulmonary heart disease,and it is conducive to the timely adj ustment of mentality,so as to receive better curative effect.
