Appl ication effect of evidence based nursing care in nursing work in operating room
Abstract：Obj ective:To study the application effect of evidence based nurs-ing care in nursing work in operating room.Methods:A total of 103 cases of surgical patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients in control group received conventional care,patients in obser-vation group received evidence based care,then to compare the depression, anxiety scores before surgery and three days after surgery,and blood pres-sure,heart rate,quality of care scores on the surgical day between both groups.Results:in observation group the anxiety and depression scores on 3 d after surgery were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.01);in observation group,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly lower on the surgical day than that in control group (P<0.05);the quality of care score of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Evidence based care carried out in operating room can improve the psychological condi-tion and quality of care of the patients.
