Abstract：It analyzed the influence of participating in the work on physical activity level,compliance and psychosocial of maintenance hemodialysis pa-tients,it pointed out that working as a social activity will promote dialysis patients increasing physical activity,improve compliance and resolve de-pression and other psychological problems,thereby improving the quality of life of patients and improve their health outcomes.
